I think the concept is interesting and very detailed. The character seems to match her background quite well and the sunset colors help without making the work overly bright or happy. The linework is also nice amd the character is just so darn cute.

It feels like she is on top of just about the highest tower and or building.

I would love to see more building within the background. Ones that are less detailed and get smaller and smaller. It would really give the work and since of depth. You could also add some really contrasty shadows her and there to really push out the light source. It seems like the light is coming from the front-but there is nothing indicating that light source on the ground.
